Breese Landscaping Warranty Program
HARDSCAPE
Two
Two (2) year coverage against defects in material and craftsmanship on all Hardscape, including: flagstone. tile,
block, pavers, concrete and carpentry. Warranty does not cover normal wear or natural blemishes associated
with the building material used. Because flagstone does not have expansion joints in it, it is normal for hairline
fractures to appear in the grout. Hair line fractures in flagstone grout is not covered under this warranty. Stucco is
covered for a period of only one (1) year. Breese landscaping does not warranty against hairline fractures In stucco.
WATER FEATURES
Two (2) year coverage against defects in craftsmanship on all water features installed by Breese Landscaping.
Warranty does not cover regular maintenance, normal wear or natural blemishes or calcium deposits associated
with the building material used. The warranty covers pumps and other equipment used for a one (1) year period.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM
One (1) year coverage against defects in material and craftsmanship on sprinklers, irrigation and drip systems.
This includes protection against irrigation leaks and defective parts such as valves, timers, pressure vacuum
breakers and sprinkler heads. Warranty does not cover normal maintenance such as timer or sprinkler head
adjustments and emitter issues.
PLANT MATERIAL
If plant material dies within 90 days of installation, Breese Landscaping will replace it. Warrantee does not cover
annuals, ocotillos, existing plant material transplanted at homeowners request, or any plants not placed on a Breese Landscaping Installed Irrigation system. Furthermore, the
warrantee will not cover plant material lost due to frost, wind, animals or vandalism. Warrantee is invalidated if
owner does not properly maintain irrigation system, turns off irrigation system, or adjusts their irrigation timer
outside of Breese Landscaping General Irrigation Guidelines.
LIGHTING &
MISTING SYSTEMS
One (1) year coverage against defects in workmanship on lighting systems, Breese landscaping also honors all
manufacturer warrantees on lighting and misting systems installed by Breese landscaping. Breese landscaping
will replace defective equipment covered by manufacturer's warrantee.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
FOLLOW-UP
Approximately 90 days after your project has
been completed, contact the Office (480.969.3424) to schedule, if necessary, a customer service call to replace dead plants and handle any other outstanding warranty issues. Breese landscaping generally does not handle warranty Issues before this 90 day period, unless they Involve operation problems with your Irrigation system.
All Warranty periods begin on the day of the final walk-through and collection of final payment.
